Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Support Technician. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that all technological systems and applications run smoothly at our winery. From handling day-to-day IT concerns to supporting our user base, you will be a pivotal part of our operation.

Wage: $33.00/hour

Working hours: 30 hours per week

Working type: Full-time, permanent

Job Duties:

Providing first-level technical support to employees or clients experiencing issues with hardware, software, networking and other computer-related technologies.
Identifying and diagnosing computer hardware and software problems
Research solutions through technical manuals or other documents when necessary.
Installing, configuring and maintaining systems, networks and applications, such as operating systems, antivirus software, email systems, productivity tools and other IT-related devices.
Setting up new employees’ accounts and profiles in Bench 1775
Updating and maintaining accurate records of all IT support requests and solutions logs for future reference.
Conducting regular maintenance tasks, such as updates, backups, and security patches, to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems.
Providing basic training to employees or guidance to clients on software and systems in Bench 1775
Identifying and escalating technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Participating in the re-designing and implementation of new tech solutions that further enhance the production and sales process for Bench 1775.
Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide the best possible support to Bench 1775.
Job Qualifications:

Education: diploma in computer science, computer networking, computer information technology or in a related field is required;
Minimum 1 years of work experience in user support, technician or other relevant IT roles.
Excellent critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving.
Self-motivated with an attitude to tackle technical challenges.
Self-motivated, proactive, flexible and passionate about learning.
